    Pros

    I get to work from home daily with the option to go to the office if I please. Very flexible.

    Cons

    Some days are long hours. The work is tedious but rewarding. Aarons has a great team of support and offers good benefits.

    Pros

    Three weeks paid vacation but not at what you make if you were working but based on straight pay for your hourly pay.

    Cons

    Regional managers lack real industry experience and education, yet these are the guys making decision to drive the business to the ground.

    Advice to Management

    Clear out overpaid, non degree holding higher management unless they can complete an education within and aloted time frame. Some RMs have been just barely skating by regardless of labor laws and discrimination laws being violated.

    401k. Paid vacation and health benefits.

    Cons

    The hours are terrible. You’re here from sun up to sun down. I’m not sure about other franchises but the one I work for is always asking for more and more and yes there is room for improvement and room for growth but when the store you work for is not performing and the acting manager doesn’t care. It affects you and you don’t get a raise. You never get a thank you. This company doesn’t care about their employees they just care that you put more money in their pocket.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to treat your employees and they’ll take care of you.

    dealing with scam artists and liars. Chasing down worthless people. Having unattainable numbers and making you rent to people who shouldnt get it.

    Ok pay. 2 weeks vacation after 6 months. Sundays off.

    Cons

    No work-life balance. Need cold feelings to take away from people who don't pay.
