I worked at Aarons Grant and Habif (Less than a year)
Met almost everyone in the office
Some bonding opportunities
Gave to charity
Limited leadership and direction on my team
A lot of people did not like their jobs
Not everyone there at the time truly welcomed diversity
Advice to Management
Continue to build on the "family" culture and continue to hire intelligent people that embrace all levels of diversity.
I have been working at Aarons Grant and Habif full-time (More than 3 years)
Most people there are wonderful to work with. Some of the partners and employees are outstanding people and CPAs. The staff and managers are so good to each other.
Very private leadership. Do not appear focused on employees happiness. Hopefully this will change as management appears to recognize this as an area to improve.
