Management is always ready to listen the problem of employees. hierarchy of the company is very vast. Proper HR policies. Teammates are very cooperative. The company is perfect for them who always wants to do something different in their professional life. The vision of CEO is amazing. This company wont be suitable for them who is always looking for a comfort zone. Company will always accept the New development thoughts of employee irrespective of their tenure in the organisation.
