    Pros

No micro management, potential for growth. Potential for a career, not just a job. Good people.

    Cons

Dont expect to slip between the cracks when it comes to carrying your work load. (not really a con, but you get the idea)

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at Abacus Group full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Highly professional recruiters, most having extensive experience in the field - the firm has among the lowest turnover in the industry. Integrity and transparency are always a priority.

    Cons

No real downsides come to mind. I can't think of a better group of people to work with, or a better environment/culture.

    Advice to Management

Please keep up the good work and continue to invest in your staff and in making Abacus an amazing place to work.

    Pros

Few and far. Interview was average. Placement was easy due to my skill set.

    Cons

Pay rates and impossible to get a person on the line.

I have been working at Abacus Group part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Partners of the firm, highly respectable, motivational, industry experts with an actual "open door" to any member of Abacus Group.

    Cons

I can't think of any cons about Abacus Group. If you are in the staffing industry anywhere but Abacus in New York City- that is a con.

    Advice to Management

There are a select few that bring negativity- which in the long run will not work with Abacus's true culture and firm.
