I worked at Abacus (a division of Epsilon Targeting) as an intern

    Pros

Had a lot of support in place, good training, very well paid for an undergraduate internship

    Cons

No structure in place for advancement upon completion of the internship, felt like more of a contractor job than an internship at times.

  3. "Politics exist, but overall a good Corporation to work for"

I worked at Abacus (a division of Epsilon Targeting) full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, great people, interesting work

    Cons

Politics, corporate structure: things don't move as quickly as one would like, activities that I required are not always necessary but are part of the corporate culture

    Advice to Management

They need to be better at sharing the corporate strategy and how you fit within it. Also need to be clear about your career path
