Pros
Employees are respected and valued here. The culture we have at AbacusNext is perfect for those who are proactive and those who love to think big. It's great that you have your say and can take full control of your professional growth. I think the company is a good place both for beginners and experts. There is a healthy competition among coworkers, which helps us grow as professionals and work in a team... effectively. The best assets we have are the people who work hard. Plus, we have managers who can design workable strategies, stick to them, and lead the company to success.

None. If you have the right skills and you are hard-working, you'll earn a good money and develop your skills further.

Pros
Motivational environment, professional staff. The corporate culture sets you up for success—everyone is respectful, hard-working, and aims for excellence. Sometimes, we need to complete the work within tight deadlines, but I never feel stressed out. I know I have a great team who will walk the extra mile to accomplish the tasks in a timely manner and never compromise on quality.
Cons
I need to work closely with colleagues and clients to be able to come up with viable marketing solutions. If you're not an effective communicator, it would be difficult to perform here.

"Treat the employees nicely"
StarStarStarStarStarDoesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at AbacusNext full-time for more than a year
Pros
The office design is neat and good to look at. At first look, it would give you the impressions that working there would be the best thing you've done.
Cons
Not too happy with the policies they have at work. Some of them are just unreasonable. They try to look like it's the perfect place to be working at, they have lots of parties and company events, but that's not the reality. The managers are difficult to work with. They are snobs and unapproachable, and they won't make your life easy.
Advice to Management
Take it easy on the employees. Better not have all those parties and events, but rather treat the employees nicely.
