Pros
The company culture and environment was very professional and full of help when needed. A positive vibe and environment.
Cons
Nothing really. I enjoyed my time there and learned a lot and eventually moved to bigger things in my specialized area after school

Great coworkers
Mar 23, 2023 - Tier 2 Technical Support in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The co-workers are great. The products start out great, also.
Cons
Snackmagic. Management is in shambles. They are constantly leaving and the replacements have no idea what is going on. Pay is below average for the positions. Working up the chain is next to impossible and good work will never be recognized. I saw 3 CEOs during my time here and the most recent one seems ok. The company are trying to be 'woke' and making constant unnecessary changes.

Outdated product, upper management steering a sinking, deceiving ship
Dec 6, 2022 - Graphic Designer in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Employees were mostly great people, but all suffering from poor working conditions.
Cons
Upper Management that only cared about hitting their personal numbers to get paid, and then get asked to leave. Many class action lawsuits filed while I was there due to shady business practices and false promised to both clients and internal employees. Anniversary "gifts" were usually $10 Starbucks gift card where the tax was taken out of your paycheck.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Great starting point
Oct 27, 2022 - Account Executive in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros

Started out great, ended poorly
Jun 23, 2022 - Account Executive in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Payments team was great to work with. New CEO has good intentions, capable if enabled.
Cons
Upper management is not realistic with expectations. Technical and development teams overworked. Unachievable quota's after January 2022 rework of compensation plan. Diminishing sales opportunities due to software limitations. Difficulty with inter-departmental communications, protocols, and support. Poor staffing of customer support, overworked, and endless ticketing of customer issues.

Nov 7, 2022 - Service Operations Coordinator in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Being able to work remotely.
Cons
overworked, underpaid, and staff are treated poorly. reported a colleague to HR for being hostile and aggressive and he was later promoted to a managerial position. workload is unrealistic for team size and expectations are outrageous. pay does not match level of work expected from you. no chance to advance your career or get any recognition for your hard work. if you are a good worker who is reliable and consistent, you will be exploited.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Hope things changed
Dec 22, 2022 - Database Manager in San Diego, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
