    Cons

Poor sales numbers reporting systems. Never know exactly where you stand, or which one is accurate. Managers micromanage, badly. For an outside, field sales position, you spend entirely too much time on Teams calls (which youre expected to pull over, park, and be on camera for. Sometimes while 3 hours from home already, further delaying your ETA at home. Common sense would be to call into a conference call number and speak/listen/contribute while driving. -The amount of hours wasted on meetings talking about the SAME TARGETS all the time is astronomical. - It feels like every night you're assigned some waste of time homework assignment to work on and present and then it's never talked about again, because every other week you're being told to refocus on your targets. - Teammates working the same accounts. Selling the same products. Not a fan.
