Pros
1. Exponential growth since it became an independent company in 2013. 2. Great work and Great People 3. Great Benefits and Salary. 4. Impact on life of Patients. 5. R&D Investments.

1. Started as Flat Organization, now Bureaucracy creeping in. 2. Very difficult to advance in your career in IT organization.

Pros
While it has been acquired by Abbvie, Allergan stays pretty much the same. They have made minor changes like how we login to things or who our benefits go through but the differences are minimal or beneficial.
Cons
Raises didn't keep up with inflation would be the one fun I have so far, but I haven't heard of many companies doing it either so there's that
