Pros
Pros include room for growth, promotions, special projects, friendly environment, good management team, and decent pay.
Cons
Benefits are basic, upper-management has lost sight of company potential, you will spend a lot of time learning to work with the system they have built, which is outdated. The company overall needs to be updated, which puts a strain on management and employees.

Pros
I have worked for many companies and this is the only company that I truly believe actually cares about their employees. Yeah it is a business and like all businesses they want to make money. But their main focus is their employees!
Cons
Wish home office wasn't so far away!
