I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment. You always feel welcomed by management and other peers. Easy going and relaxed shifts. Easy to catch on and learn the ropes.

    Cons

The salary isn't very good. $7.25 an hour for all the responsibilities thrown at you doesn't seem like enough in my opinion.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. You work very hard to keep the company together and it is very much appreciated whether you know it or not.
