    I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time

    Pros

Customer Facing! There is certainly a lot of growh from learning management skilis, customer services skills, attention to detail, minor HR initiatives such as scheduling, interviewing/hiring/writing up/firing staff, a sales component in that you learn to approach and serve cusomters and increase their purchase size! Although the weekends/closing shifts and floor sets were hard I LOVED IT! I think this was a great first job out of college and I strongly believe I toughened up and learned a lot from it :) Thanks A&F! If you have any desire to ever try sales in the future this would also be a great launching pad since this is not a sales positon and you are not compensated by commission but you can make sales goals or make sales as much of a component as you wish!

    Cons

Since this position is in a retali environment (similar to their competitors or most MIT positions or Sales posistions) you will have shifts that fall on weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
