I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

availability to work around school or other job schedule

    Cons

cant move up in the company and not nearly enough hours to support buying the clothes that they force you to pay for. four hour shifts are not worth going to

    Advice to Management

do not chase customers outside of the store. and notify customers that doors close at 9 and not to shop past 5-10 minutes there a reason the store is open all day. and need to be less lenient for people who don't show up without notifying

    Pros

it is easy to adjust your availability for shifts because it is all online. The environment is also very laid back

    Advice to Management

Raise minimum wage. Hire more mature/serious and professional managers, instead of immature 22 year olds.
