    Pros

Great training program, good benefits, nice district manager and store manager. The work isn't hard and the customers aren't that bad.

    Cons

THE PAY IS AWFUL! That's my only con with this company.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large organization so there's plenty of opportunities to transfer to different teams/departments to gain new experiences. The average age of the company is around 24-30 and working with my age group has been a great experience

    Cons

Campus is quite large so parking is crowded. Management within my department is more focused on company goals rather than the people and our growth.

    Advice to Management

Be a little more active with your teams and work on communication

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's nice to clean up. Co workers are amazing and know what are doing.

    Cons

Managers don't dress up to what Abercrombie and Fitch stands for, some don't wear under stuff. It's always dusty. Needs to clean better. Closers need to close better. Do the go backs. Make the store shopable

    Advice to Management

Do your job. Clean up the store too. Don't just stay on your phones. If someone doesn't show up to a shift lots of times. 2 write them up and fire them.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Manager in Training experience was exactly what was described on the job application and more. I was an acting manager since the day one. Everyone is very nice and the managers are great teachers. Vacation time is 18 days plus and it's pretty easy to get time off during the off season.

    Cons

Promotions can't be applied on top of employee discount. Aetna is the insurance provider, wish it could be blue cross. Long work hours and lots of manual labor.

    Advice to Management

Provide us with an losspreventions officer on site during store operating hours.
