    Wonderful coworkers! Nicest people I've met. Great first job for teenagers. Really fun environment.

    Cons

    Minimum wage, take A LOT of money from taxes, hard to get hours sometimes, dark in the store, music is too loud, hard to hear customers.

    Just be fun & outgoing & you'll have a blast here!

    Pros

    Management and co-workers are so much fun to work with. Great hours and got the shifts you want. Work is simple, greeting, folding, dressing rooms, cashier.

    Cons

    Pay is a little low- around $7.25.

    Loved working there and the coworkers were very friendly people all around! Would definitely recommend this position to anyone!

    Not much room for advancement--the company looks outside to bring in leaders that are already established.

    Great environment. Not one complaint.

    Working other shifts and wont return the favor.

    Advice to Management

    Raises would be greatly appreciated. Triple A's are kinda expensive for minimum wage based workers.

    Pros

    Listening to good music while working, getting a good discounts on clothing, getting the chance to meet new people, being able to work side by side with good looking people.

    Cons

    Dealing with crazy mall hours, being extremely busy during holidays, not being able to wear piercings or having facial hair, clothing presentation constantly changing.

    Higher wages for associates would be highly appreciated.

    -They provide all the training you need
    -They promote from within
    -You get to wear jeans, t-shirts and flip-flops to work everyday
    -You get to listen to cool music at work
    -You work with young people
    -You get a BIG discount on the clothes

    Cons

    -Must be willing to relocate in order to move up
    -Must be willing to work most holidays... watch out for Black Friday!!

    Advice to Management

    Give your employees praise for the good work they do. It will let them know that their hard work is being noticed and encourage them to keep it up / do more.

    Pros

    Very flexible hours, easy to pick up shifts or have them covered. Fun people. Cute "uniforms".

    Cons

    Low pay. Call in shifts (being "on call") prevent lots of other activities and almost never result in paid hours.
