    I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time

    Pros

Abercrombie is a young company that gave me a lot of room to grow and learn. I had autonomy and was able to set my own schedule and travel the northeast part of the country recruiting college graduates at many universities.

    Cons

I was traveling a majority of the time and was often away from home. I don't think I was compensated fairly for the amount I recruited.

    Advice to Management

Pay your recruiters with base salary plus commission.
