    A stepping stone to success.

    Pros

Food on-site, even if its not the best. Health Fitness center and PAID insurance if you are engaged in the wellness program. Monthly/quarterly up-to-date meetings with the CEO about the company, and personal 1:1 time if you want to talk further. Leadership and growth opportunity if you're willing to work hard and learn. Competitive pay, not to be confused with free hand out money. You have to be valuable and earn it, but its there.

    Cons

Very micro managed. ETW is a underdeveloped program that relies heavily on the opinions of the person who scores you. It is very subjective scoring from manager to manager or focal to focal. One person may think you are great, and another may think you are terrible. Or for example, if you bust your butt every day and have a single shortcoming, you will score a 7. If john doe never does anything and suddenly picks up a piece of trash off the floor, he is also a 7.

    Employment Overview

    Pros

The operations platform (Monthly reporting, Safety Training, CMMS, Client Interface) was adequate and efficient. This was a plus for the operations teams in that it did not bog them down with non-essential task and allowed maximum time for core responsibilities of serving the client in improving system operations.

    Cons

Possibly developing a stronger corporate core platform of measuring team performance in essential deliverables such as energy conservation, risk mitigation, technical training resources, Process improvement & client satisfaction would enhance the marketing & growth capabilities.

    Great benefits

    Pros

There is an onsite gym with full time trainers. The gym is free and you receive supplements and protein shakes. If you work out twice a week your insurance premium is paid. If you have insurance else where they will still pay you a stipend to work out twice a week.

    Cons

There is a micro managed approach to employee development. If you were to remove this I would give a better rating.

Challenging but fun. Always something to do or something going on to keep you busy.

    Pros

Support from fellow coworkers and manager. Manager was always so around making sure we were okay and if they could help,in any way.

    Cons

The workload could become so overloaded from other work centers/cells falling behind that work would literally pile up. Poor management of other centers could drastically affect other centers production.

If you are too successful, you are out!

    Pros

Health care is PAID if you go to the on site gym twice per week, but it is on your own time and the benefits do not kick in for 3 months.

    Cons

Lots of favortism, many people in management do not follow the rules, yet enforce the rules harshly.

    Great Company to work for

    Pros

The company is leading in the aftermarket for aircraft parts. They have great management and the ability to move fast and get results.

    Cons

Personal development is very difficult to come by and only a few managers care about developing their employees.
