    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Abniah s.a.r.l full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

40 hour work weeks, and salaries are paid on time.
You can even skip some hours and they wouldn't deduct

    Cons

The management in general are lost. They take decisions randomly without any proper planning or organization. We had several employees recruited, then we fired them (during probation) because it was decided that the position is not really needed.
No real performance appraisal at the company, you might be terminated or forced to take a leave without pay out of the blue without prior notice.
In addition, the company is heavily biased towards a certain religious affiliation.

    Advice to Management

Have a more qualified management team, so they can properly plan career paths and down-sizing

    Pros

it is a good company where you can gain a good experience and work on various big projects with the help of well experienced managers

it is a heavy work extremely loaded so you will have to work always under pressure to meet deadlines and succeed especially with the availability of very high competency

    Advice to Management

they have to be more flexible so people will enjoy there job and feel like they are working for there own
