steile Lernkurve, tolle Mitarbeiter und Menschen, ambitioniertes Unternehmen mit schnellem Wachstum, attraktive Gesamtpakete und Aufstiegschancen für wirkliche Leistungsträger, interessante Benefits (kostenlose Getränke, Sportangebot, Bezuschussung Jobticket, Mitarbeiterrabatt, Sprachkurse, Sportkurse (Yoga, Fussball etc,)
Cons
es wird viel erwartet (schnelle Auffassungsgabe, steile Lernkurve, Einsatz über die vertragliche Arbeitszeit hinaus etc.), man muss gewillt sein dieses Leistungsniveau mitzugehen, dann ist es (ähnlich wie manche Unternehmensberatung) ein interessanter Arbeitgeber was Lern-/Entwicklungskurve und Jobchancen (auch nach About you) angeht.
Advice to Management
Mannschaft SEHR jung, etwas mehr seniorige Führungskräfte (auch mal jenseits der 35) einstellen, könnte den Teams gut tun.
