Pros

I loved being part of a winning team. The flexible work hours and ability to work from home were a definite plus. All of the employees were dedicated, passionate and supported each other.

Cons

For a small company they were a bit slow to react in terms of making changes or working outside of a process for individual cases. There was a lot of red tape.
