    Pros

You learn to think on your feet, and to make quick decisions. You learn the ability to be sure of what you are saying and what you believe. You need to stick to what you say you are going to do.

The environment is very stressful, not enough staff and there are not a lot of outlets to go to when the stress gets to the extreme. Sometimes the profit is seen before the clients and the staffs well being is.
