Pros
Work is challenging but your peers, mentor, colleagues will always help you to get your work done. Free food also helps you keep sane. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants to work in advanced technologies on optical networks. Everyone is an expert plus you will see humbleness everywhere. I enjoyed coming to the office every day.
Cons
Office location. If it was in some city like Boston, it would be really great for young people like me to get attracted to this company.

Very interesting work, always challenging and amazingly smart and helpful people to work. Best place I've worked at. Good benefits. Great leadership.
Cons
Sometimes decision making can take time ... but better than a big company. Base compensation is on the lower side. Don't have a defined career ladder.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★

It is very nimble, can react the business environment changes really fast.
Cons
Growing pains. Roles and responsibilities are being defined as they are practiced.
