    Short staffed so if you have a life you won’t have one from doing doubles everyday

    You're able to learn a lot.

    Cons

    An obscenely high workload. Management is very punitive when it comes to mistakes. Morale is very low across the board. There's a culture of unhappiness. Lack of work life balance. Salaries offered are not competitive.

    Find another job.
