There were always new jobs to take year round. I never once experienced a shortage of work orders, even over the summer or winter break.

There were a few times when payments were late. I was never shorted or paid less than I should have been, but there was one time when they were two weeks late paying me.

Advice to Management

Keep your payments on time and your good writers won't have reason to seek work from other sites. I had to work for other sites because I could not go one month without getting paid because payments were late.

You take up jobs in US and UK using so many websites, but you set up your base is in Cyprus???? Try to at least establish a physical branch in each region. Don't wanna work with you guys anymore..

The finance management is always thinking on how they will fine their writers. The rating plan is also poor. In short, they will take advantage of any small mistake to impose an exaggerated fine to you. They did this to me in 2017 and stole my $200 without any feel of humanity. This mostly happens towards the payment period as part of their own bonuses. This trick used to writers should stop.

If you must apply fines, they set a specific percentage like 5 to 10 percent. This can as well pass the message you wanna pass to the writers.

One of the best reasons in working with Academia is that it is considered as one of the most popular academic writing sites online. Because of its popularity, it used receive a lot of orders from clients. Unfortunately, the site has become unpopular for some reasons that resulted to decreasing orders from clients.
