    Pros

Fair pay rates. Your fellow employees are fun to work with for the most part.

    Cons

Academy is an old school corporation that is totally eat up with '70s style corporate psychology. It has the absolutely most disorganized frustrating backbiting culturally nepotistic managers on earth. My favorite quote from management "It's not my job to tell you how to do your job". Huh? So where is Academy University located again? I cannot over emphasize the bad job your Team Leads and Managers do. I suggest a search of "the psychotic in the corner office" as your best training manual before you start work.

    Advice to Management

Train yourselves. Then continue to retrain yourselves. While actually managing and training those "under" you.
