    Pros

some really great people at work sites

    Cons

no one cares about the patients or staff at the front line. It is all about money for the top

    Advice to Management

Stop sucking the life, heart and soul out of the patient's and the staff who work directly with the patient's just to line pockets of higher ups. Care about the real people who really make it all work

    Pros

Acadia Healthcare is a growing company and as a result there are many opportunities to move into a new role or develop a needed role to align with business strategy and need.

    Cons

Because of the growing nature of the business you can easily feel overwhelmed if you are not an organized individual or one who pushes themselves to be super productive during work hours.

    Advice to Management

Communicate often with your team to gain insight on what they enjoy and are naturally talented at. Use that information to guide them into new roles & responsibilities to help them achieve success.

I worked at Acadia Healthcare full-time

    Pros

Opportunity to hone SalesForce skill set

    Cons

Work life balance is not good. You will be asked to work seven days per week to get the job done and there is no overtime or comp time available. Your manager will report that you worked forty hours that week in order to stay within the budget.

    Advice to Management

    Best of luck.

I have been working at Acadia Healthcare full-time

    Pros

    - Great people to work with
    - Competitive pay
    - Awesome mission
    - Fun perks

    Cons

    - Not enough PTO
    - No flexible hours
    - Fast paced environment is causing us employees stress and anxiety. Isn't that what we are treating?

    Advice to Management

Heres the deal, so many people I know jobs allow their employees to leave on Fridays at 1pm because they know there needs to be a work/life balance. Also, if I come in at 7am can I leave at 4pm? I just think that there needs to be more flexibility in this company. We all work so hard.

I have been working at Acadia Healthcare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work hours and the relationships made within our teams. The positive support of our direct managers.

    Cons

Need more company activity that show employee appreciation and worth to the company. Making it a joy not a burden to spend so much time dedicated to our days.

    Advice to Management

Increased turn over in some field locations make it difficult to provide consistent training and support. Need to review compensation and benefits offered for all positions in order to be competitive in our market. You get what you pay for! Service begins at the front lines and if employees do not feel valued they do not provide good customer service to patients.
