    Pros

    Open, fun, collaborative workspace. Surrounded by fellow bike and outdoor enthusiasts. Company culture promotes quality work/ life balance.

    Cons

    Compensation - relatively low pay
    Leadership / direction - vague and over corrective

    Advice to Management

    Too often details are not shared and teams work in silos. Improve transparency and communication among all teamembers so more work can get done more efficiently. Do a better job of preventing employee frustration by making a choice and sticking to it.

    I worked at Accel North America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible work hours, deep pockets

    Cons

    The company claims to be a professional organization but there is nothing professional about it. Senior managers are all worried about keeping they pay safe and not focussed on doing anything for the company. All try yo play the blame game. Software Engineers are paid very poorly .

    Advice to Management

    Hire good managers to run company and not bring yes boss
