Pros
The product that ACE produces is truly Biblical in every way and hits the mark on true Biblical education, if the program is executed properly. ACE has been instrumental in reaching children around the world through their PACEs and Student Programs.
Cons
ACE relies heavily on what they have done in the past, they are NOT forward thinking. ACE's ownership does not foster a sense of community, collaboration, or teamwork, even though the word 'Team' is used very often. Though feedback is encouraged, it is normally only for the sake of opportunity. Feedback from employees or customers is RARELY ever listened to...the owners literally believe they know everything about everything. ACE's corporate environment is oppressive and does not spawn creativity. It feels more like being back in school and having a teacher constantly looking over your shoulder to see what you've done wrong, rather than encouraging you to continue doing what you have done well.

Pros
Stable. If all you need is a job. If you need to provide for anyone and have any kind of payment responsibilities, do not work here.
Cons
The position you are hired for is the position you will have to the end of time. Full of nepotism. Higher management do not treat employees very well. Lack of appreciation shown. Raises are .30 a year. New people make much more than those who have been around for years.
