    Advice to Management

PTs should be more professional to workers and have a better attitude.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I love my job, the people I work with and the freedom to do my job.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the family atmosphere that we have developed has been destroyed by the corporate takeover. We now work for people who have no vested interest in us and have lied about simple, little things on numerous occasions. It makes me very sad to have to work for a company that touts healthcare yet has very little regard for their new employees.

    Advice to Management

Get a backbone and be honest in your dealings. Be appreciative of the enormous amount of hard workimg, talented people that you have acquired.
