Pros
Great community. People really care about each other, and you feel like you are working with friends. There is also a lot of freedom to give input, because its such a small company. They are great about hiring people who have the potential to grow into the role well.
Cons
Being such a small company, sometimes Accelitec lacks the supervision, direct management, and feedback necessary to know whether or not you are doing a good job. It is important to take initiative, otherwise you are working without much direction.
