I worked at Accelya Kale full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Join only if fresher's or its your last job.
Have their own Java ( WAT ) framework which is poorly documented and if found issues only creator knows how to resolve.
Have own Project Management ( Beatle) framework and have same stories.
Your ideas and innovations will be entertained but only till POC level and at the most Accelator level ( Hardly any idea I found which have gone to Production )
You will be having multiple managers who does not know how to manage resources.
You literally need to begging for Tasks ( I-plan)
Most secure and restricted environment ( your incoming emails are blocked although it's coming from your personal email id )
Microsoft haters ( filter for personal blogs, site containing word microsoft though its not microsoft site blocked)
Still its a good company ( Do you think)

    Cons

    Big list of cons,
    1 Technology
No new technologies or innovations have been introduced in last 5 years ( jdk 1.6 with tomcat 7 and jboss 6)
Outdated WAT framework ( hardly knows anyone about this in industry) and if any issues found then only creator can resolve this because of no documentation
Have own Project Lifrcycle Management tool ( Beatle) Which is poorly managed and documented.
Old decade SVN tool ( world is moving towards Git )
and don't know about branching merging and hence resolving merge conflicts
No Internet access given for VMS you might have configured for Testing purpose ( thinks like you are an Linux master and can break or steal data)
No MS tools and hence Libra office you should know for Documentation and Thunderbird for email.
Worst in case of collaboration ( You need to go personally on fellows desk and remind him about that you dropped email or asking something)

Recruiters does not know to whom you are recruiting , Manager does not know for which position you have being hired
Worst in case Appraisal ( No increase in Hand instead they will increase variable IPLA CPLA)
Your ideas won't be entertained by Clients as he is more interested in businesses rather ideas.
(Although you are capable for doing you cannot )

    Advice to Management

Respect people coming from MNCs. They are bringing knowledge and culture with you. Give them a chance and proper exposure for same. Its your loss as you are not giving chance to them to showcase talent
