I worked at AccentCare full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

AccentCare is a great place to work right out of college, especially if you don’t need great benefits. The company strongly values and actively recruits veterans.

    Cons

The benefits are quite lacking, and a bit expensive as well. Very little training money. Some people working remote do very little. Broad, very sudden layoffs in 2018. A very comfortable company, but with a fairly high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Benefits. The benefits are lagging far behind industry standards.

I have been working at AccentCare

    Pros

Some of the people smile sometimes.

    Cons

Zero 401k match. Zero raises. Zero bonuses. High deductible for benefits. No real company perks or anything that makes them stand out. People generally sigh when they’re asked how long they’ve been there, which isn’t long for most people since turnover is so ridiculous. The only “growth” they have is from crappy acquisitions. A few of the “leaders” don’t know how to tie their own shoes yet they show zero interest in...

    Advice to Management

Doesn’t matter. You’ll probably quit soon too after you get your bonus, which is only offered to “management.”
