    Pros

Freedom to choose from wide array of career paths, stimulating environment, global company, interesting projects and clients, lots of opportunities

    Cons

Need to constantly search/apply for assignments (basically eternally job searching), lots of bureaucracy, long promotion times, average salaries and benefits

    Advice to Management

Reduce bureaucracy, increase salary (will reduce turnover). Be more strict on who gets hired.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Global workplace, Great Business Stability,

    Cons

Narrow Minded, Irrational Resale and C&SS Managers in Canada, HR is equally stupid and is only interested one side of the story.

    Advice to Management

60 plus aged People who are with a confused state of mind should be retired or moved in to other roles , their old school of thought and way of working puts anyone to panic and Stoneage methods of working ... In Canadian Resale Business I've seen Sales Folks re-selling millions of worth of third party licenses for 0% margin .... That's the level of stupidity of a so called Sales Personnel in Canada. You need to get fresh blood in the system if you want to see some good results.

    - Reasonable quality of people
    - Lot of relevant work in other geographies

    Cons

Lot of pressure on billability. If there is no project for a few months, then high likelihood of being fired. This creates an environment of pressure on individuals to find the projects themselves

Lots of indians! Beneficial if you are an indian to socialize and discuss project issues in hindi so that english speaking clients are not aware of what you are chit chatting with fellow mates!

    Cons

Politics with clients, employees of fulltime, parttime, contract.
they treat employees like a slave - no work life balance
you will have no idea what you are working for if you are a contractor they teach you to hide lots of secrets from clients
they try to teach hindi to english speaking contractors
    unethical/unprofessional

    Advice to Management

Be honest! Stop encouraging employees from doing politics!
