    Pros

Great culture with ample room for growth and opportunities. They really make sure that get the exposure you need to the experience you want. You get what you put in and they make it easy to get involved.

    Cons

Sometimes it will seem that they have their hand in too many areas and can be a spread a bit thin. In the contracting world it can be a hit or miss to see if you still have a job next week. Good thing is they really make sure that they are retaining their best talent and will go above and beyond to keep you.

I have been working at Accenture (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits, paid time off

    Cons

Management fails to attract new clients and diversify the client base. Depressing to watch business shrink and restructuring as the rest of the industry is growing and strong. Hiring practices and work environment seems to relaxed.

    Advice to Management

New management would be the best solution. Less emphasis on diversity and cronyism and more focus on a talented and educated work force.

    I worked at Accenture full-time

    Pros

Training included, good benefits, Employees were generally good.

    Cons

Depending on your project, you are likely to be stuck in the same environment. They tend to keep high performers were they are, and move around others with little explanation. Position was a little vague in the beginning, but it was entry level and I did learn a lot. Some employees hold personal gauges and cold shoulder you based on disagreements; management needs to get involved to "force" people to do their job.

    Talented are demotivated and unrecognized
    Not a great pay
Promotions for lucky people, not for hard or smart workers

    Advice to Management
