I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to get hands on relevant work experience and regular coaching to grow. Lots of training opportunities.

    Cons

Long work hours, travel stress, stress increases with higher seniority.

    Advice to Management

Employee experience yields better long-term dividends than a more short-term focus on yield management and cost improvements

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can always build your own Accenture. Everything can be created, you just have to do it on your own. People don't take themselves to serious but are very smart (at least in Accenture Strategy).

    Cons

Being publicly listed and a very big firm, Accenture has to much internal self-occupation: hectic KPI calls, Content-free developed top-down sales targets, high degree of "Outsourcing" of internal Tasks to employees, internal Tools that take too much effort to use them.

    Advice to Management

Reduce administrative Tasks for own employees so that they can focus on real value Creation for Clients.
