I worked at Accenture as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company lets you choose which career path you'd like to take at the beginning of your Analyst career. There are various industries you can opt for, and the consultants/senior consultants are willing to help you choose the best industry that best suits you.

    Cons

The working hours can be too overwhelming close to deadlines, that's normal. However, I had trouble balancing my own life because the hours of work could reach 12-15 hours a day, depending on the amount of work given to you.

    Advice to Management

The management should take the interns more seriously, especially in ensuring that the interns have a good time and learn as much out of the internship experience.
