I have been working at Accenture as an intern

    Pros

Excellent experience. Very challenging in a great way. I learned so much and grew as a person and as a professional. I got a full time offer after the internship, and I am really glad I got to work with the people at this company. The culture is about the people and for the people, great.

    Cons

Heavy on learning, and heavy on new technology and challenges.

I have been working at Accenture as an intern

    Pros

I have absolutely loved my experience with Accenture. It is truly a collaborative organization that cares about their employees. The internship involves meaningful and challenging work that allows you to add real value to your team. The recruiters make it easy to enjoy your summer with tons of events and exciting conferences.

    Cons

The experience you have is closely tied to your project and your manager so you may not always get the project of your dreams.

I worked at Accenture as an intern

    Pros

I worked with Accenture's Strategy division. This newer division is picking up great clients and doing some very interesting projects. I saw a lot of my fellow interns get great exposure and develop new skills.

    Cons

For unknown reasons, there was very limited work available for me at the project on which I was staffed. That meant I spent a lot of time doing work that added little value. In spite of actively reaching out to people (on my team and others) for work, I often felt bored and that my time was being wasted.
Oddly, I got a lot of positive feedback throughout the summer but received an overall negative final review. That surprised me because it was inconsistent with all other feedback, and I was disappointed to receive negative feedback at the end of my time when I did not have the opportunity to take it and improve weak points.
