    Pros

Good company, thank for the opportunity to work here.

    Cons

You don't have much opportunities to grow in your professional path, The people usually work in the same position for years, the salary is the same for year also. This good to stay for 2 o 3 year and move

    Pros

The benefits are great and the starting salary is high. Hours are very flexable.

    Cons

Has a lot of class is large company problems. Too much management. Everyone is expected to work on weekends.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Like anywhere you can find the people that fit you, the repository of examples and descriptions for each discispline.

    Cons

Repository can be old/out of date. Org. has air of "we're right" about everything. Need to be open to new ideas and people. Not well organized in terms of training requirements, communications, implementing change internally, etc.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There truly are some incredibly talented and fun people to work with.

    Cons

Regional model now removes the focus of the best resource for the client and replaces it with "just find a local(in city, even though they say in region) resource no matter what their background."

    Advice to Management

Stop forcing your people to take roles they have no interest in, no experience in, and no skills just for the sake of the regional model.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

its a great company for people just starting out. some locations have lots of possible work. some interesting roles

    Cons

some locations have no roles for ETL developers, especially those at a higher level. if no roles are available you are either forced into something thats not a good fit or pushed out of the company. you only get 4 weeks to find a new role and sometimes they just are not there.

    Advice to Management

don't keep roles just for lower level folks, someone has to lead the teams

Smart and talented people. Great relationships with top platform providers. Excellent library of assets and defined methodologies. Industry reputation as top technology consulting firm.
