    Pros

    Cons

Exploitation of workers. Girls are given more weightage than boys. Bonus is given more than boys employees to girls. Annual compensation is not given as per promise. Near to completion one year PIP is imposed so that salary increase cannot be. More work less pay is the consideration. Managers are happy to harass its employees without reason. They hide their deficiencies are transfer mistakes on low paid employees. Adverse recording on lower rank can also be checked and reflected on Managers by the management.

    Advice to Management

Need to control low ebb politics in the organization and keep vigil eyes on managers why females are given better compensation. Lower rank employees must be encourage for at least first two years in the benefit of organization. Early termination and PIP at the time of annual compensation must be avoided.
