    Pros

If you get to work with one job, there's always plenty others to choose from. There is always someone who listens to you, and just a great place to feel good about where you work. Moving it up a notch on diversity and actions speak volumes. Family focused, excellent leave policies, maternity and paternity leave. Executive leadership leads by making a great example for all.

    Cons

Changing your career to a new one is not very smooth. New performance program is still very confusing. More unconscious bias training is needed especially among senior management.

    Advice to Management

Continue improvement diversity among women and other .

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've worked here for almost two years - straight from college and have learned a lot during that time. I was placed into a specific group from the beginning and have specialized in that skillset since then (digital marketing). I've learned how to work with lots of different types of people (internally and with the client), which is a very valuable skill to take away from any entry-level job. Overall, I'm satisfied with my project placements, network and potential to meet more people, and my day-to-day tasks related to my job. It's never just one thing I do and that keeps the job exciting. I also really enjoy the flexibility with working from home and traveling. Depending on your project and your position, you'll either be working TOO MUCH or just enough. I think it's important to put your foot down about when you need to log off and I've been on several projects where that was ok.

    Cons

I know some people have complaints about the politics - but I also think that is present within any other company. But, I would agree that it is even more important to maximize on growing a network since you are always on different projects and working with different people. Having a network will ensure you get on projects you actually want and less bench time. Only other con I have is a specific manager on a previous project who did not know what he/she was doing and it's hard to know when you're a lower-entry level position what to do.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the Career Counselors are making the effort to truly connect with their counselees because there can be a lot of issues they run into and having an unbiased, open platform to discuss is very beneficial.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are plenty of pros but honestly because of two main reasons I have very bad feeling. first of all I get paid very low even lower than my previous company ! and also They assigned me to a non related task.
The only reason I accepted their offer with knowing of making less was improving my skills, working with edge technologies.

but now I get paid at least 40K less than average and I do tasks which does not require knowledge of programming at all !!

    Cons

    - Compensations are very low compare to other competitors.

    - They may put you in a position which is not even related !!

    Advice to Management

It is so sad after working 3 months I came to a decision to move on to my next Company, If you do not get paid well, If you do non related job you won't stay !

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Accenture focus on building and supporting enterprise software, so you get experience working with large companies and government institutions.

Accenture puts a lot of effort on helping employees with migratory and travel needs, and they take good care of them.

    Cons

Since most clients are big companies, most projects will follow more classic enterprise project management. Not a great choice if you expect a startup-like work environment.
