I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enterprise culture principles allow you to seamlessly join team, office and company as a whole. It's very clever and supportive and guides you to work professionally.

    Cons

I'm really happy Accenture was my first employer, as I learnt thinking how to do right things right way. No cons from my point of view.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Delivery Center and our job was primarily technical. Developers need that feeling of involvment into global teamwork during arduous days of coding, so please continue support them in this way.

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Really smart people, most of the analysts, consultants and mangers are nice to work with. Strong technology consulting practice. Salary is rather good (significantly lower than at MBB, but still higher than in most of the other companies in Moscow)

    Cons

Managers are not able to properly manage client's expectations, regularly promise to do something in unrealistic timeline making the team work till night and on weekends. People who sell the project usually underestimate amount of work, as a result each team member has to work overtime. Even getting stable high rating you may not receive a promotion after necessary years at the position. There is always a limit of people who can be promoted.

    Advice to Management

Pick Russian people for leadership positions in the office as they are familiar with Russian culture and care about the office not just personal goals.

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

interesting projects, great colleagues, good atmospere to work, great benefits (5 weeks of vacation for year, medical insurance). great leadership, easily available to employee of any level.

    Cons

work life balance is an issue, especially on international projects. career counselling is all about pushing people to demonstrate leadership skills and being proactive without saying what should be done in particular.

    Advice to Management

people need promotion, otherwise there is no interest to develop career. so if one is stuck at the same career level because "there are no opportunities provided to us by supervising unit" that does not seem to be a good explanation
