    Really like the people, the mission, the client

    Cons

    I work with people that make significantly more than me to do the same job because of the career track they are aligned with. I am in CD&O, or Client Delivery and Operations (formerly the Services track) and work with people on the Consulting track and we do the same job. They make 20,000 more than me a year, and when I addressed it with management I was told that was normal.
