I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fast paced high stress ever changing workplace. I can't think of much more pros on this company. They pay low and keep you down at a low level job

    Cons

No on the job training, benefits decreasing due to costs, very poor HR team and a very strange new annual review process that sets people up for failure

    Advice to Management

Focus on the lower level analysts, you feel unapproachable to us and it's very easy to go weeks without interacting with a senior manager

I have been working at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

close walk to work, I liked my colleagues

    Cons

Often working on many tasks at once and proposal work, could often work 12 hours per day or more.

    Advice to Management

Please reach out to the lower level people, I never speak to my upper management and I think that face time would have created a better team and created more learning experiences

I worked at Accenture as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Honestly, I do not recommend this place unless you are in debt from student loans. Poor work-life balance, lack of communication with direct managers makes it impossible to receive guidance.

    Cons

Very self-reliant culture, isolated. It appears as though no one really wants to be there. Low pay based on industry standards (other firms pay more). And if you are trying to innovate, you may have more success at a start-up. They are also under a lot of pressure right now as business they are not creating new business but trying to take business from others.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck!

    Pros

Nothing except salary which is just at par

    Cons

The team leads harrass the sub ordinates extremely to over perform in order to save their skin. They communicate without any proper mannerism and professional ethics. They treat sub ordinates like slaves.

I worked at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

great money and job titles, good for booking travel to foreign countries and nice computer equipment given to you

    Cons

bad management and mostly younger females....they do not know how tot treat older employees at any level especially white men even though they know more than the managers. Really work the younger people 80 hours a week and more...no time for them to have relationships, or do anything else in their lives.

    Advice to Management

appreciate the diversity you have- all ages and colors and genders....not just white younger females driven to exclude anyone not like them.....otherwise a nice place to work (smile)
