    Pros

Easy job and pay check. Close to the mall. Pay for you to study and to take the test. They also pay for you to become licensed in different states.

    Cons

There isn't adequate training. Sometimes they push for unrealistic quotas. Team leads are not on the same page and you get different answers from different team leads.

    Advice to Management

Try to bring the morale up. Everyone there seems to be miserable and hate their job.
