I have been working at Acceptance Insurance full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

In the past few months we have seen a shift in the overall culture of the corporate office, in that it seems that the new management actually cares about employee morale.

There has been a lot more communication regarding the state of the company and the internal changes that have taken place to make the company better.

The change in culture has definitely promoted confidence in the future of the company.

    Cons

Raises have not been consistent in the past, no matter how good an employees performance is.

    Benefits are not the best.

No monetary incentives provided for good work.

There has been a lot of turnaround in the past.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work in helping the company change the culture.

Award employees with either bonuses or raises, they will stay longer.

    Pros

Easy job and pay check. Close to the mall. Pay for you to study and to take the test. They also pay for you to become licensed in different states.

    Cons

There isn't adequate training. Sometimes they push for unrealistic quotas. Team leads are not on the same page and you get different answers from different team leads.

    Advice to Management

Try to bring the morale up. Everyone there seems to be miserable and hate their job.
