I worked at Acceptance Insurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with in the office. They do offer a fair amount of PTO, but at times hard to use.

    Cons

Do not accept a job at Acceptance Insurance unless you enjoy being micromanaged, working in an extremely negative environment, and sticking flyers on cars. The recent stock performance and financial data show that the company is run poorly. Additionally, the company barely pays anything towards their employees’ health insurance, so the health insurance ends up costing a fortune. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.

    Advice to Management

    Let the company
