    Pros

Flexible schedule , your manager is not really your manager ,they can't discipline you or write you up .The host store is great

    Cons

Hours are terrible , Little pay, no bonus if you don't reach a certain standard. You have to do 10 jobs in one .. Sales collection telemarketing invoices etc

I have been working at Acceptance Now (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great for short time employment. It's a great entry job for someone defined not good for long term. The first year was great and afterward it went downhill.

    Cons

It's retail so you can expect to work long hours and during holidays. They don't care for individuals even though that is a value of the company.

    Advice to Management

    There is no steady management.
Provide an environment where the sales associates feel valued as individuals.
