    Pros

As a sales manager , you get paid fairly well. There is 401k , health insurance , 2 personal day and vacation after a year.

    Cons

There is not a work life balance with this company. If your a dedicated hard working individual that would bend over back wards for a company then get treated very poor . Just like your replaceable,In which , you are they will push you out and train someone new. Better be one who catches on fast. Sink or float mentally .

    Advice to Management

Treat employees better instead of they are so replaceable . It takes time and hard work and dedication from fellow co-workers .There needs to be a center trainer that has the patience to train individuals.

    Pros

It's a job and weekly pay.

    Cons

Shady business practices. Want workers to lie to low income people about additional programs. No work life balance. No respect from upper management. Favoritism to the highest degree.

    Advice to Management

Treat your workers with dignity and respect. Make them feel like they have a stable job instead of threatening them in an email every day.

I worked at Acceptance Now full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Advancement possible. The customers.

    Cons

Horrible hours. Lack of management. Lack of professionalism. They expect you to give up your life for acceptance now. Lack of any time off.

    Advice to Management

Watch employees. Employees have stolen and cussed at customers. Horrible and acted ghetto. Needs to be more professional and stop scamming customers. Pay is so small compared to what they expect from employees.
