    Pros

Great bonus program if you are in a high volume store and your customers pay you.

    Cons

Better training material. Have employees that work in the stores give feedback on how processes work since we deal with it day to day and can run more successful and clean. Salary instead of hourly to avoid getting in trouble for Overtime when its out of our control.
