    Pros

    Some pros about the company are ; easisest job ever, you get monthly bonuses if you have a good hard working team at your store ..you get promoted based on your effort

    Cons

    Longgg long hours .. i really wish the company had morning shift ..but you have to be flexible with your schedule meaning you will be working till 9pm on Saturdays Fridays etc..

    Advice to Management

    Theres no advice i can give my regional manager is very professional and they are very cool ..and professional when it comes down to bussiness

    They would not fire you unless you're caught stealing because nobody else wants to work here

    Cons

    There is no family life if you work for this company and the pay is very minimal

    Cut your pay and dribble some down to the people that actually do the work

    Steady 40 hours/ pay weekly/ learned some new stuff

    Cons

    My manager talked down to me. Talking with other co workers while Constantly ignoring me. Answered questions like you’re stupid. Training is so unorganized.

    Some of the people you work with. SOME.

    Long hours
    Work all holidays
    Ridiculous credit standards
    Harassing customers sometimes 4 times a day
    Don’t get paid enough.
    Some fellow employees will attempt to undercut you and get you fired. They encourage unethical behaviors from their management.

    Understand your workers have lives. Stop
    Ripping poor people off.
    Hire educated people. - HIRE EDUCATED PEOPLE
