Pros
Great benefits. Great management. You run your own store. Your success is based on what you put in
Cons
No cons, maybe how often things change far as software but that’s a plus in my eyes. My take on it is it’s how quick you can adapt to change.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI have been working at AcceptanceNOW full-time
Pros
The pay is okay for what we do, the work is easy once you get into a schedule of completing tasks.
Cons
Work-Life balance is nearly non-existent. The company doesn't really seem to value their employees properly. You're treated as expendable, regardless of your title. Customer Service Reps are treated lowly and District Managers aren't treated much better.
