I have been working at Accesa full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nothing Pro to add at this moment, and I think never...

    Cons

Fear of being ridiculed, fear of being judged started to appear in Accesa when "nominally expressing yourself", true and sad unfortunately. Anonymous feedback was suggested like in many other companies, people started to express themselves, telling the truth, raising questions and you (management) got afraid and stopped this kind of feedback, not answering questions properly, suggested that is is "trolling", then suggested that people should not be afraid in “using their name",well, that brings us to what I said above, fear of being ridiculed, fear of being judged. It happened and it's still happening in Accesa unfortunately. In my opinion you want to get rig of these kinds of people who are telling the truth and hide lots of things. If not, tell me why people are leaving? , and I am talking about skilled, smart and good people. Well...we all know about lack of technologies, projects, management, coordination etc. BUT tell the truth, what are our capabilities? What we can and can't do, etc. Please stop using smart big words because it's not helping at all. Dear colleagues, always, don't be afraid in expressing yourself, and I am saying this in general, not only in this "wannabe IT" company.

I have been working at Accesa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - work-life balance (remote work, flexible hours) - trust in the employee on a daily basis - no micromanagement

    Cons

    - a few team leaders that make the work enjoyable, many negative experiences with the managers - team leaders and managers without the requirements for their job, such as people skills

    "Not a good company"

    2.0

I have been working at Accesa

    Pros

Used to be a good company. Really nice memories.

    Cons

We give feedback and we are ignored or the middle management tries to convince us it’s just a perception and the problem is actually in our imagination. I haven’t heard anything good about Accesa in a while. We are all looking for other opportunities. Except for management and HR, they are incompetent and here to stay. Like a cult. That’s why they report all negative feedback on Glassdoor and put 5* reviews to make the score go up. I guess it’s working cause many negative feedbacks telling the truth were removed. I think in a few months they’ll have a good score and no good employees to make you money.

I have been working at Accesa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great team, that's the only thing

    Cons

There are no competent people, very few seniors that work on multiple projects and can't really teach you anything. Most of them have already left and every month people leave, management is non existing, just for show. Projects are very low end, I'm shocked clients pay for these tasks, they could hire interns and get them done internally.
