I have been working at Access Data Consulting (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company is excellent. The culture is supportive and nurturing. The have the best recruiters, account executives and human resources people in the industry. The owners are active and involved. Great pay, great benefits, awesome holiday parties. I have worked for ADCC off and on for several years, and I always recommend colleagues give them a call when looking for a position.

    Cons

While no one is ever perfect, I cannot think of one aspect of my working experience with ADCC that deserves a mention in the cons section.

    Advice to Management

Actively work to keep consultants on after their contracts end by proactive involvement before the end of the contract through aggressive searches and recommendations to existing clientele. I would never leave if I felt more secure.

I worked at Access Data Consulting as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The recruiter was very friendly and the process seemed to occur with little to no effort for all involved..

    Cons

Having never worked as a consultant and hind sight being twenty, twenty there is a clear conflict of interest between a consulting firm, a client and an employee. The employee seems to get the short end of the stick when a recruiter locates a job for a consultant as they will tell you anything to get their pocket lined...

    Cons

Some account managers work harder than others to ensure you're continuously employed

    Pros

They take care of their employees -- I have received so many really nice perks and gifts. And they have good insurance available and they pay for some of it. Really really the best.

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

    Pros

    Good pay
    Take care of employees
    Proactive

    Cons

Don't hear from them much - not enough care and feeding of folks on-site

    Advice to Management

Make more contact with your consultants. Take them out to lunch! Small perks go far. Thanks!!
